If anyone is interested in sending me a care package what I need are those aerosol cans (compressed oxygen) that are used to clean out one's computer keyboard. I am sure they are at Best Buy/Circuit City/Staples. Any sent would be definitely used and much appreciated - they are used to spray out the sand/dust that accumulates in the weapon systems we have.

We'll be glad to send off the items you mentioned; however, firstly, we'll need to check with the post office and ask whether or not they are allowed to be sent by mail. If they give the thumbs up sign, they're practically on their way :)

Further update: items you requested to be sent to you (care package). I checked with our local post office this morning, and they gave the thumbs down for mailing the items you described. I will check with UPS and Federal Express to see what they say and come back to you within a few days with their answer.

I said I would get back to you once I had checked with UPS and Federal Express re: sending the items you mentioned. Unfortunately, both gave the thumbs down stating the reason that the items could ignite in transit.
However, on a happier note and inspired by your recent e-mail re: soft toys given to displaced children, I telephoned the leading toy store in town. I spoke with the manager and made the rather bold request that they consider donating some small soft toys to these children. The manager is going to check with his manager and get back to us with an answer. When he does, I'll let you know the decision. IF they do decide to make a donation, I'm not expecting too very many to be donated but, in truth, even a small amount would be welcomed. Let's keep our fingers crossed :)
